Small cancers in prostate biopsies are often GP 3.
Small glands irregularly distributed in the stroma.
Another small cancer focus of GP3. Some larger glands may also occur in GP3 but they are still separate from each other.
Branching of glands is allowed in GP3 as long as the glands are separate and there is no glandular fusion.
Glands with some branching but still acceptable as GP3.
