Gleason Pattern 3

 

GP3はGP２よりも様々な腺管のサイズ、形状、分布からなる。 ときに腺管は小型で、良性腺管との間や周りに浸潤する。これらはGP2に見られないパターンである。

 

腺管は内腔を有し、個々に各腺管が間質によって取り囲まれている。分岐した腺管が認められるかもしれない。篩状腺管はGP3には含まれない。

In GP3 the glandular units have a lumen. The glands are well-formed and separate. They are often small but size is variable and the distribution in the stroma is irregular.
