How many solid strands or single cells are needed for GP5?

Similar to the distinction between GP3 and GP4, we need to determine whether these structures may be explained by tangential cutting artifacts or if they are enough abundant for GP5.

Studies have shown that most experts need a cluster or an area with such structures, seen already at medium magnification to diagnose GP5. Thus, occasional strips of epithelium or an occasional single cell is not sufficient to diagnose GP5.
